On Lunch

The 6 y.o.: Mummy? Can you make me lunch to take to school today? But not in my bento – I want it in a paper bag! You know, like they had in the 80’s? I wanna be retro!
The Mom: When I was in school in the 80’s, I didn’t use a paper bag. I used to take my lunch to school in a pail. Like Laura Ingalls in Little House on the Prairie.
The 10 y.o.: Uh Mom? I think she meant the 1980s? Not the 1880s.
