Crockpot Chicken Parisienne

Ingredients

  • 6 chicken breasts
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 small can mushrooms, drained
  • 1/2 c. white wine*
  • 1 c. sour cream mixed with 1/4 c. flour
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Paprika

Note* You can substitute 2 TBSP Apple Cider Vinegar & 1/2 c Water for the wine.

Directions

Sprinkle chicken lightly with salt, pepper and paprika. Place in crockpot. Mix wine with soup and mushrooms until well combined. Pour over chicken.

Cover and cook on low 7-9 hours or high 3-4 hours.

During last 30 minutes of cooking, remove chicken. Stir in sour cream/flour mixture. mixing well. Put chicken back in pot.

Serve over hot cooked rice or noodles.
