Breakfast: Poached Eggs and Parmesan Cheese over Toasted Brioche with Pistou; Minted Blueberries with Lemon Cream

Lunch: BBQ Pork Sandwiches, Corn with Lime Cilantro Butter

Dinner: Tuna Noodle Casserole, Romaine Lettuce with Blue Cheese

 

Monday

Breakfast: Baked Eggs with Bacon & Spinach, OJ

Lunch: Bagel, Smoked Salmon & Cream Cheese with Avocado, Tomato Soup

Snack: Cheese & Crackers

Dinner: Gorditas, Jicama Slaw, Salty Chocolate Carmel Apples

 

Tuesday

Breakfast: Great Harvest Apple Crunch Bread, Milk

Lunch: Bacon Egg Tomato Club Sandwich, Tortilla chips & Guacamole

Snack: Oatmeal Raisin Cookies w Milk

Dinner: Deviled Chicken Drumsticks, Potato Salad, Peaches Melba

 

Wednesday

Breakfast: Turkey & Vegetable Fritatta, OJ

Lunch: Lunch on a Stick, Cascadian Farm Granola Bar, Chocolate Kisses

Snack: Animal Chips & Salsa

Dinner: Fish tacos w chipolte mayo, Corn Pudding

 

Thursday

Breakfast: Blueberry & Lemon Scones, Turkey Sausage

Lunch: WF “Lunchable”: Ham chunks, Cheddar squares, Ritz crackers, Grapes

Snack: Sliced Banana, Yogurt w Crunchy, Homemade Granola

Dinner: Angel Hair Pasta with Broccoli and Herb Butter; Mango, Blueberry & Ginger Fruit Salad

 

Friday

Breakfast: Overnight Peach French Toast, Milk

Lunch: Hard-boiled egg, Banana-Chocolate Chip Bread, Prosciutto slice, Honeydew Melon drizzled with honey

Snack: Leftovers

Dinner: Chicken and Dumplings, Green Gruel with Eyeballs

 

Saturday

Breakfast: Mozzarella & Tomato Sauce Omelet; Whole Wheat Toast

Lunch: Grits, Cheese & Onion Souffle; Turkey, Apple & Cheese Quesadilla

Snack: Fruit

Dinner: Out for Dinner
