Lunch/Early Dinner: Zingerman’s Chicken Liver Spread on Organic Poppyseed Crackers, Organic Mango Slices, Cucumber & Heirloom Tomato Salad tossed in Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing,
Late Dinner/Snack: Crockpot Beef Stew (from Fixit & Forget It), Homemade Cornbread

Monday, March 1
Breakfast: Whole Foods Quiche (purchased)
Lunch: Tomato Soup, Gouda Cheese and Crackers, Blueberries
Dinner: Chicken Scallopine with Buttered Noodles, Garlic Bread, Tossed Whole Foods Market Salad (Romaine, Blue Cheese, Walnuts, Dried Cherries, Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing) Brownies

Tuesday, March 2
Breakfast: Oatmeal with Brown Sugar, Dried Organic Fruit, Almond Flakes
Lunch: Turkey, Cheese & Cole Slaw Wraps, Kettle Crisps, Pear or Apple Sauce
Dinner: Leftover Beef Stew, Steamed Broccoli, Homemade Bread

Wednesday, March 3
Breakfast: Breakfast Bruschetta, Turkey Sausage Links
Lunch: Egg-salad Sandwiches, Carrot Sticks, Raspberries
Dinner: Chicken Enchiladas, Black Beans,  Chips and Pico De Gallo Salsa

Thursday, March 4
Breakfast: Morning Glory Muffins, Milk
Lunch: Wild Smoked Salmon and Goat Cheese on Cucumber Rounds, Hard-boiled Egg Quarters, Watermelon Slices
Dinner* (Mom is out): Grilled Hot Dogs, French Fries, Grape Tomatoes, Chocolate-Dipped Organic Strawberries

Friday, March 5
Breakfast: Cereal Bar, Banana
Lunch: Neufchatel Cheese and Strawberry Jam on Whole Wheat Pitas, Yogurt, Hard Boiled Egg Quarters
Dinner: Pizza Night!!!

Saturday, March 6
Breakfast: Strawberry or Blueberry Buttermilk Pancakes with Hot Maple Syrup
Lunch: Roast Beef, Mashed Potatoes (make extra for Fishcakes) with Brown Gravy, Haricot Vert
Dinner* (Fast for Mom & Dad): Fishcakes, Tomato Wedges with Dressing (Blue Cheese or Ranch), Brownies
