The Mom: Girls! It is WAY past your bedtime. The longer you stay up, the less time daddy and I have with each other.
The 12 y.o.: Ooooooo!
The Mom: Ahem. We love being parents, but we also need our adult time.
The 5 y.o.: With bacon. Cause everything is better with bacon.
