All meals this week are from Annabel Karmel’s First Meals (that my 4 y.o. ‘discovered’ in my cookbooks). I’d forgotten what great & easy recipes these are for the entire family!

D/ BBQ Country-style Ribs, Pesto Pasta, Rainbow Chard

 

Tuesday 3/29

B/ Bagel, Cream Cheese & Smoked Salmon, Fruit

L/ Chicken Sate, Celery Sticks, Tomato Pieces w Thousand Isle Dressing (to dip), Cookies

S/ Banana Chips w Honey Yogurt Dip

D/ Egg-Fried Rice w Chicken & Shrimp

 

Wednesday 3/30

B/ Boiled Eggs w Whole Wheat Soldiers (Toast), OJ

L/ Shrimp Cocktail, Pasta Salad, Whole Wheat Crackers

S/ Raspberry Frozen Yogurt w Choc Chips in a Waffle Cup

D/ Tacos w Ground Turkey, (Lettuce, Tomatoes, Cheese, Sour Cream), Refried Beans
