The 4 y.o.: Mac and cheese
The 12 y.o.: Vegetable Soup
The Mom (to the 4 y.o.): Ok, so now you need to choose between Beef Stew and Pasta w Red Sauce.
The 4 y.o.: I said Mac and Cheese
The Mom: Mac and Cheese is not an option. Pasta w Red Sauce?
The 4 y.o.: Ok. But hold the red sauce. And add cheese please.
