On Suspicious Principals

The Dad (while driving the 8 y.o. to school): So are you participating in the fundraiser at school?
The 8 y.o.: Nope. I don’t trust the principal. Something’s not adding up for me.
The Dad: What?
The 8 y.o.: Well, the principal keeps cutting back the money she’s paying the teachers, our classes keep getting bigger and bigger but then the school board is asking for more taxes. Where’s all that money going? Seems to me that someone is making some money somewhere. And the principal is stuck between the school board and the teachers. That’s why I don’t trust the principal and I refuse to raise any more money for her scheme, I mean school.
