Sunday 10/3 Family Traditions

Breakfast: Chocolate Croissants, Milk

Lunch: Fried Chicken, Sweet Potato Fries, Cole Slaw

Snack:  Apple Crisp

Dinner:  Slow Cooker Pot Roast, Sliced Steamed Carrots, Boiled Potatoes

 

Monday 10/4 Comfort Foods

Breakfast: Mummy’s (Orange) Marmalade Muffins; Hot Chocolate Milk w real Whipped Cream

Lunch: Turkey Slice Quarters, Havarti Cheese Squares, Organic “Ritz” Crackers, Blueberries

Snack: Apple Slices and Cheddar Cubes

Dinner: Country Fried Steak with Gravy, Green Beans, Corn

 

Tuesday 10/5 Italian

Breakfast: Applesauce bread, banana smoothie 

Lunch: Ham and havarti cheese sandwich triangles, edemame, applesauce

Snack: Oreo Cookie Milkshakes

Dinner: Chicken Spaghetti Casserole, Bibb Lettuce Quarters with Maytag Blue Cheese Chunks & Cherry Tomatoes

 

Wednesday 10/6 Meatless

Breakfast: Blueberry Waffles, Fruit Salad 

Lunch: Egg-salad sandwiches, Carrot Sticks, Grapes

Snack: Granola Bar and Milk

Dinner: Breakfast for Dinner

 

Thursday 10/7 Mexican

Breakfast: Morning glory muffins, chocolate milk

Lunch: Chicken Salad, Crackers, Apple Slices, Chocolate Cookies

Snack:  Yogurt and Granola

Dinner: Chicken Quesadillas, Black Beans and Rice

 

Friday 10/8 Fish

Breakfast: Steel-cut oatmeal with sliced almonds, dried cranberries and brown sugar

Lunch: WF (Rare) Roast Beef Sandwiches with Sharp Cheddar, Terra Chips, Grapes

Snack:  Cereal and Milk

Dinner: BBQ Wild-caught Salmon with Yogurt, Fresh Corn Casserole, Cinnamon Plum Fool

 

Saturday 10/9 Grill

Breakfast: Panera Bagels and Cream Cheese, OJ

Lunch: Subway J

Snack: Fruit & Cheese Kebobs

Dinner: BBQ Brisket, Mashed Potatoes, Baby Peas
