On Saturday Dinner

A sampling of responses from the girls when they sat down to Saturday dinner of Steamed Trout and Jasmine Rice:
The 4 y.o.: “What’s this? Yech. I don’t think so. I’m going to watch Peter Pan.”
The 8 y.o.: “I don’t eat fish. Can I have more rice? Whaddya mean “this is it”? Can I have yours?”
The 11 y.o.: “I’m trapped inside an invisible, soundproof box. What? Did you say something?”
