Breakfast: F&T / Cereal for the girls

Lunch: Grilled PBJs,

Dinner: Crispy Fried Chicken, Cole Slaw & Red/White/Blue Shortcake

 

Monday July 5th (Mom Home)

Breakfast: Morning Glory Muffins, Milk

Lunch: Chicken Salad w Dried Cranberries on Red Lettuce Leaves, Baguette

Snack: Easy Strawberry Lemonade, Leftover Shortcake

Dinner: Low-Country Boil, Yankee Doodle Dandy Treats

 

Tuesday July 6th

Breakfast: Purple Monstrosity Smoothie, English Muffin or cereal

Lunch: Tuna salad w crackers, Carrot sticks

Snack: Oatmeal Raisin Cookies w Milk

Dinner: Actually Delicious Turkey Burgers, Oven Fries, Carrot & Raisin Salad

 

Wednesday July 7th

Breakfast: Pumpkin Pancakes w Maple Syrup, Apple Juice

Lunch: Vegetable Soup, Cheese & Crackers, Lemonade

Snack: Fake S’mores (Fluff & Nutella on Graham Crackers)

Dinner: Cottage Cheese Chicken Enchiladas, Tossed Green Salad

 

Thursday July 8th

Breakfast: Apple Crunch Bread, Hot Chocolate Milk

Lunch: Pizza

Snack: Berries and Yogurt w Granola

Dinner: Paper Salmon, Peas, Rice

 

Friday July 9th

Breakfast: Scrambled Eggs w Salmon, Whole Wheat Toast, Melon Slices

Lunch: Leftover Buffet

Snack: Peach Smoothies (omit oats & wheat germ, use 2% instead of soy milk)

Dinner: Maureen’s Baked Beans on Baked Potatoes, Green Salad

 

Saturday July 10th

Breakfast: Groovy Smoothie,

Lunch: Grilled Hot Dogs, Wilted Spinach with Cherries & Goat Cheese

Snack: Tortilla chips and salsa

Dinner: BBQ Chicken, Corn on the BBQ, Strawberry Angel Food Trifle
